Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive a quote?

We know your time is valuable. We take pride in responding to quote requests within 24-48 hours, however if we’re unable to provide a quote in that period due the details required for a custom request, holiday hours, or other circumstances, we will reach out and respond to you with an update on the status of your request.

What is the warranty period on parts purchased through Carney?

The warranty for electrical parts sold by Carney Battery Handling is one month, the warranty for mechanical parts is three months. 

Can you ship parts overseas

Yes we do, we ship parts across the globe everyday!

What do I do if I order the wrong parts?

We can take them back within 90 days from the date the order was placed. But we charge a 25% restocking fee and the return freight is the buyer’s responsibility. There are some exceptions for custom-made parts. 

Do you offer add-ons and accessories?

Yes! We have an entire line of battery room accessories to accompany our products that we also sell separately. Visit our accessories page to learn more. 

How long will it take to get a service technician to repair my equipment after parts are purchased?

Customer service is our priority, if you need a technician we’ll get one to you as soon as we can. If you are in the greater Toronto area, we can dispatch a technician within 6 hrs.
